Not financial advice
Top10 Prop Firms publishes informational comparisons and mirrored rankings. Nothing here is investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a licensed professional for decisions about your finances.
Evaluation risk
Passing a prop firm challenge requires meeting profit targets while staying inside drawdown limits. Rule violations typically fail the account immediately. Past performance of any firm or trader is not indicative of future results.
Market risk
Forex, CFD, futures, and crypto products use leverage. Losses can exceed deposits on some account types with brokers outside prop evaluations. Volatility, gaps, slippage, and platform outages can trigger rule breaches.
The rules that fail most accounts
Breaches are rarely dramatic. They come from mechanics buried in the rule sheet. A trailing drawdown moves the level at which you fail upward as your balance grows, so a profitable week tightens the floor rather than loosening it — FTMO applies a trailing maximum loss on its 1-Step Challenge and a static one on the 2-Step, which is the same headline percentage behaving in two different ways. Daily loss limits reset on the firm's clock, not yours; FTMO's resets at 00:00 CE(S)T, mid-afternoon for a US-session trader. Consistency rules cap how much of your profit may come from a single day, so one outsized win can fail an account that is otherwise well ahead.
Due diligence
Verify each firm's current terms, restricted countries, payout history, and support responsiveness before purchase. Rankings show relative market popularity—not a guarantee of firm solvency or payout speed.
What this site cannot tell you
We have no payout data, no audited pass rates, and no trading history with any firm listed here. We cannot tell you whether a firm will still be operating next year or whether it will honour a withdrawal, and neither can a ranking position. Where we could not verify a firm's own published rules, the profile page says so and leaves the figure blank. Treat those gaps as real uncertainty rather than an oversight.
